RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Not happy with your recent purchase, we get it, things happen, we buy stuff online too. MechDeals.com is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, Please go through our Return policy and initiate a request accordingly.

♦ Returns and Replacements are only applicable for the following:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Damage during shipment.
  • Product not same as described on the product page.

Note- Return Request should be initiated within 24 hrs of Product delivery or MechDeals has all the rights to reject the complaint.

♦ Exemptions from the policy:

  • Electronic products.
  • Wires & Relays.
  • Perfumes, Sprays, Lubrication and other liquids.
  • All other parts which says “Non Returnable” under product description.
  • Our Vendors/Merchants can have their own requirements or Refund policy.

♦ Returns are accepted on the following conditions:

  • Product is returned in original packaging with no damage, scratches or dents.
  • Product packaging is preserved in original condition with no damage, scratches, no wear & tear.
  • Product is unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt (with no sign of installation or usage)

Note- Return Request must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of product.

♦ Return or Replacement Procedure:

  • Customer can initiate the return by adding Photos and video (Highly Recommended) of the damaged or defective product at Product Return Page or Email: [email protected] Include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
  • While returning the package (make a video), customer must make sure that the parts are re-packed properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit as MechDeals will not be liable for refunds/return in case the part got damaged (while in transit) due to improper packaging.

Main Points-

  • Customer shall check the consignment for any Physical damage and if any found, mention this in POD (Proof of Delivery) documents of Logistics.
  • Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged/torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will not be Replaced/Refunded and will be returned back to buyer without rendering a reason.
  • Shipping and Payment Gateway costs are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.
  • MechDeals team has right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the Proof shared by the customer.

Refunds:

  • After the returned product is received, inspected and approved by our QC team, it would take upto 3 day for the refund to initiate.
  • It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect into your account. If you do not receive the refund within the above said time, please contact your bank.
